Return Policy

THE CUSTOMER SHOULD SEND AN E-MAIL TO THE ADDRESS CUSTOMER@MERIGASTYLE.COM CONTAINING:

1 - THE REASON OF REQUEST FOR REFUND

2 - INDICATE THE PRODUCT WITH ITS CODE NUMBER.

3 - THE IBAN OR BIC CODE FOR THE BANK TRANSFER

4- IF THE PACKAGE AND THE GOODS ARE DAMAGED

5- IF THE SKIN IS CHOSEN BY THE CUSTOMER IT IS DIFFERENT

6- IF THE SIZE IS WRONG OVER THOSE SENT BY THE CUSTOMER.

THE YIELD IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

- EVIDENT WORKING DEFECTS

OR THE RETURNED PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED INTO THEIR ENTIRETY AND NOT ON PARTS OR COMPONENTS OF THEM;

OR THE RETURNED PRODUCTS MUST NOT HAVE BEEN USED, WEARED, WASHED OR DAMAGED;

OR THE RETURNED PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED INTO THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGE EVEN IF DAMAGED;

OR THE RETURNED PRODUCTS MUST BE SENT TO THE SELLER IN ONE SHIPMENT. THE SELLER RESERVES THE RIGHT NOT TO ACCEPT PRODUCTS OF A SAME ORDER MADE AND SENT IN DIFFERENT MOMENTS;

OR THE RETURNED PRODUCTS MUST BE DELIVERED TO THE COURIER BY FOURTEEN (14) WORKING DAYS FROM THE DATE ON WHICH YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE PRODUCTS.

8.7 - SHIPPING COSTS ARE CHARGED TO "MERIGA" WHICH UNDERTAKES TO REFUND THE CUSTOMER WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT OF THE CANCELLATION ORDER. THE CUSTOMER IS OBLIGED TO SHIP THE PRODUCTS TO MAKE SURE THEM WITH THE COURIER, KEEPING THE SHIPMENT NUMBER FOR THE TRACKING OF THE SAME PACKAGE. "MERIGA" IS NOT RESPONSIBLE AND WILL NOT REFUND
